Holy crapballs. It is so hard for me to believe this was my life almost exactly a year ago. I did my final of four doses of A/C (“the red devil”) on 12/23/10. I felt SO BAD on Christmas last year. I barely remember anything about it.
And now…. I walked for an hour on the treadmill tonight. HARD. And it felt so good it confounds me how far I have come in this past year.
